Acceptable Use Policy

We build infrastructure for operational use — logistics, marketplaces, communications, and business automation. Our services are intended to support legitimate business activity. This policy makes the boundaries explicit.

The activities listed in this AUP are prohibited. The list is not exhaustive. We may treat any activity that is harmful, unlawful, abusive, or inconsistent with the spirit of this policy as a violation, even if it is not specifically listed below.

If you are an account holder, you are responsible for activity that occurs through your account, including activity by people you authorize. If you provide services to others using our platforms, you are responsible for ensuring your customers and end users comply with this AUP and with applicable law.

You must not use our services to engage in or facilitate:

• Illegal activity. Anything that violates applicable law, regulation, or court order — including sanctioned-party dealings, money laundering, and unlawful trade in regulated goods.
• Spam & unsolicited messaging. Sending bulk or unsolicited commercial communications by any channel — email, SMS, WhatsApp, or otherwise — without valid consent from recipients.
• Deception & fraud. Phishing, social engineering, impersonation, misrepresenting your identity or affiliation, fake reviews, or fabricated sender information.
• Harassment & abuse. Threats, harassment, hate speech, intimidation, or targeted abuse of any individual or group.
• Malware & security violations. Distributing malware, exploits, ransomware, or tools designed to compromise systems; probing, scanning, or attempting to breach the security of any system or network without authorization.
• Scraping & unauthorized data extraction. Crawling, scraping, or harvesting data from our platforms outside the scope of documented APIs and authorized access.
• Platform abuse. Creating fake accounts, evading suspensions, interfering with other users, manipulating rankings or matching, or otherwise circumventing platform controls.
• Infringement. Posting, sharing, or transmitting content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Harmful content. Content that depicts or facilitates child sexual abuse, terrorist content, non-consensual intimate imagery, or self-harm content targeting vulnerable individuals.
• High-risk activity. Use of our services in situations where failure could result in death, personal injury, or environmental damage, unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Use of messaging features, including WhatsApp Business integrations, is also governed by our WhatsApp Messaging Policy and by the policies of the underlying messaging provider. Without limiting the rest of this AUP, you must not:

• Send marketing or transactional messages without valid, demonstrable consent.
• Use messaging features to disguise the identity of the sender.
• Use messaging features to evade opt-out requests or platform throttling rules.
• Use messaging features to deliver scams, phishing, or financial fraud schemes.

You must not:

• Use our APIs or automation features in a way that exceeds documented rate limits or that is designed to evade them.
• Build automation that masks human-driven activity in violation of any third-party platform's rules (for example, automating actions that those platforms reserve for individuals).
• Re-sell, resell, or redistribute API access in violation of these Terms or applicable usage rules.

You must not use AI-assisted features to:

• Generate content that violates this AUP or applicable law.
• Produce content designed to deceive recipients about the sender, nature, or purpose of a communication.
• Generate content that infringes third-party rights or that is intended to defame an identifiable person.
• Circumvent safety controls, content policies, or platform rules of any system we connect to.

When we identify a suspected violation, we may take any action we consider appropriate, including:

• Investigating the activity, including reviewing relevant logs and content.
• Issuing warnings, restricting access, or throttling functionality.
• Suspending or terminating accounts.
• Removing content or workflows that violate this AUP.
• Reporting activity to law enforcement, regulators, or affected parties.
• Cooperating with valid legal process and lawful investigations.

We may act without prior notice where required to protect the security or integrity of our services, our users, or third parties.

If you believe someone is violating this AUP — including through one of our platforms — report it to abuse@cargavia.com. Please include enough information for us to investigate (URLs, timestamps, sample messages, affected accounts where known).

Reports are reviewed by our operations team. We will not retaliate against good-faith reports.

We may update this AUP from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected here.
